A friend pointed out that conversations felt incomplete without link previews — you'd paste a URL and it would just sit there, naked. Fixed.

But while I was in the chat codebase I figured, might as well ship the two features that were already on the list:

→ Reply to messages — thread context directly in the conversation

→ Delete for everyone — not just yourself, gone for all parties

All three are live right now. Go break them and tell me what's wrong. On mobile, press and hold a message, on desktop, just right-click a message.
